63,500 Verified Organic Clicks

First-party Search Console data recorded 63,500 organic clicks and 2.34 million impressions between August 1, 2025 and May 28, 2026. The chart shows the wider growth trajectory as daily clicks and impressions accelerated into 2026.
From 40 to 362 Page-One Positions

The keyword footprint grew from 919 terms in October 2024 to 2,702 in July 2026. Page-one positions expanded from 40 to 362, while top-three rankings rose from zero to 44.
96,000 Active Users

The calendar-year Analytics view recorded 96,000 active users, 95,000 new users, 371,000 views, and 833,000 events. The real-time panel also demonstrates the platform's international reach.
June 2026 Visibility Peak

Semrush estimated 11,430 monthly organic traffic and 3,006 ranking keywords at the June 2026 peak, including 388 page-one positions and visibility in 16 AI Overviews. These are third-party estimates, separate from the first-party Search Console totals.
Organic Search as the Largest Channel

Google Analytics attributed 66,000 sessions to organic search in the calendar-year report, up 68.5% from the previous period. Other channel growth is visible but is not attributed to the SEO engagement.
01
Challenge
The client was building a career technology SaaS for an international audience, with the United States as the primary market and India as an important secondary market. When the engagement began around October 2024, the product was no longer at zero: it had early users, growing weekly sessions, and proof that people wanted what it offered. The challenge was turning that early demand into a search system capable of scaling.
The organic footprint was still immature. A Semrush snapshot from 3 October 2024 tracked 919 ranking keywords, but none were in the top three and only 40 had reached positions four to ten. The platform was visible across a broad set of lower-ranking queries without yet earning the first-page coverage needed to make organic acquisition dependable.
This was not an open-ended retainer. I worked directly with the owner for approximately three months, taking ownership of the SEO strategy while the client handled implementation. The strategy therefore had to be clear enough to execute without an agency layer and durable enough to keep working after my active involvement ended.
02
Solution
The strategy connected four areas that are often handled separately: technical SEO, programmatic page planning, content relevance, and analytics. The first objective was to give the growing SaaS a structure that search engines could crawl and interpret consistently while guiding users toward pages aligned with their career-related search intent.
I designed the programmatic SEO direction around repeatable demand patterns rather than producing disconnected pages at scale. Each page type needed a defined purpose, a place in the wider architecture, and content capable of satisfying the query instead of merely swapping keywords inside a template. The content strategy then supported those product-led entry points with clearer targeting and stronger topical relationships.
Technical recommendations focused on making the expanding page system discoverable, indexable, and internally connected. Analytics provided the measurement layer needed to distinguish organic growth from the platform's referral, direct, social, and paid acquisition channels.
The owner implemented the recommendations while I directed the strategy and worked through decisions with them. After the initial engagement, I did not continue managing the account and no major new SEO direction was introduced. That separation makes the later performance particularly valuable: it demonstrates how a well-designed initial system can continue compounding after active management ends.

Result
The clearest first-party result came from Google Search Console. Between 1 August 2025 and 28 May 2026, the site generated 63,500 organic clicks and 2.34 million impressions. Google Analytics separately attributed 66,000 sessions to organic search in its calendar-year acquisition report, making organic the platform's largest recorded session channel.
The audience grew well beyond the platform's early stage. The calendar-year Analytics view recorded 96,000 active users, 95,000 new users, 371,000 views, and 833,000 events. Weekly sessions reached a high of 9,309 during the week of 16 November 2025, while 2026 traffic generally held between approximately 3,000 and 5,000 sessions per week and reached another mid-year peak of 5,604.
The keyword footprint shows how the foundation widened. Semrush tracked 919 ranking terms at the start in October 2024, including 40 page-one positions and no top-three rankings. By June 2026, the third-party platform estimated 11,430 monthly organic traffic and 3,006 keywords. The following July snapshot still recorded 2,702 keywords, 362 page-one positions, 44 top-three rankings, and visibility in 15 AI Overviews.
The growth period crossed several confirmed Google core and spam updates. Visibility fluctuated, but the broader search footprint remained substantially larger than the starting point and continued expanding well beyond the active strategy phase.
The practical SaaS lesson is what compounding looks like when the foundation is designed before the scale arrives. The client entered with early demand, implemented a connected technical, programmatic, content, and measurement strategy, and continued expanding its organic footprint long after the initial engagement ended.
